True Choice was founded in 2000 as a small pregnancy hotline with a clear mission to respond with compassion to women facing unexpected pregnancies. Over time, that simple beginning grew into a licensed medical clinic serving San Diego with professionalism, dignity, and care.
For more than two decades, True Choice has supported thousands of individuals and families throughout our community. What began as one phone line has become a trusted resource offering medical services, education, advocacy, and ongoing support.
Our history reflects steady growth, strong community partnership, and an unwavering commitment to strengthening families and building a culture of life in San Diego.
Since opening our doors, True Choice has assisted over 20,000 individuals and provided more than 12,000 services throughout San Diego.
